In my experience most non- league teams take a season or two to recover after being relegated. Why post such a negative tweet on the eve of a new season anyway. At least give it a couple of league games before you start putting the club down.
It is a bit strange to be so negative before the season starts when we have made what at least looks like some great signings. Results will hopefully reflect this but I think the club is at lest trying to move in the right direction
Goldberg does not run the social media. It's all done by volunteers.
I don't understand the negativity in your tweets. This game is attended by mostly Charlton fans and the club gets a significant portion of it's income for this season from it's games? A lot of clubs have tiered pricing for league fixtures depending on the opposition and we have done to to maximise the gain from the day.
Can't see much wrong with that! We have new people coming on board to help with marketing and sponsorship and the squad is looking pretty impressive in my view. Lots to be excited about.

Making a statement saying the club is completely stale may be your opinion but it is certainly not fact. Blocking you sounds a bit harsh. Today's admission was quite expensive and will do little to attract new supporters. Hopefully our pricing for the season is a little more attractive with the odd discount/community day thrown in.

Not many Charlton Fans are Welling season ticket holders. Most people have their season tickets already as todays game was included, i'm not sure they've lost anything.
Can't really understand how some of you guys can justify a football club blocking a supporter for just stating that Welling charge more than their local competitor clubs. It's fact. It's not like I tweeted Goldberg was a control-freak & a slaphead? Welling United do not care for future generation of supporters and you know it, once the ageing population of Welling supporters (who keep the club going AKA you guys) pass on then there will be nobody left. Not only that, if Welling was cheaper than Charlton they would gain 100+ fans per Saturday easily. It would even out in Welling's favour, instead they block me despite a bunch of other people tweeting that £15 for a friendly is poor.
Their PR is awful, whoever takes charge of their Twitter is clearly inexperienced and inadequate. How am I going to follow Welling now that a work-experience mong has blocked me? I am not the only one either who's been blocked. God forbid anyone tweets them in the future that they thought they played badly otherwise they won't be able to keep track of the team either, or when there will be a granny pulling night in the Wings Bar that they rate higher than the club!
I hope Welling get promoted once again, but I refuse to attend and pay my money to this North Korean regime. Goldberg out. Slaphead.

I would normally listen to most posts, however, calling someone a "Work experience mong" leads me to have little sympathy for you. You also called Goldberg a control freak, seeing as that it's obvious to see that Coyle and Parky have built the team, what is he controlling?
Again, as stated, Welling are maximising their revenue from this game. It's been done every year and provided a non league club with a good deal of Income. Even Charlton fans have no problem with it , so why do you?
As stated before, it's volunteers that help run parts of this club, whether it be ground improvements or running social media accounts. As I helped out for 2 days painting parts of the ground and the new club shop am I a mong as well? Your Twitter profile makes no reference to you being a Welling fan so so suggest you jog on, or feel free to pop down to Welling next Saturday. I will happily buy you a pint and have a chat instead of you hiding behind a keyboard.

Wings Bar roaring success with over 30s nights Fridays. Squad assembled with most players joining from league above. Go back to the Valley and stay there.
