Great response from Jebb to make it 2-1.

Hawks radio trying to make a joke of the away support but then admitting it's a good away following that they didn't see in the Ryman. Certainly hear the Wings fans behind the goal. Keep it going!!!

A stunning free kick and 2 great moves for the 2nd and 3rd. Simple passing and great finishes!

A win! Away! Well done to all, a great shame about the sending offs, suspension will cause problems, but well done.

Amazing result given it was 9 men at the end and Dymond saved their pen! Such a shame though the win soured by the red cards and will mean another loan keeper to cover Barnes 3 match suspension I guess.

Francis straight in for Coyle (plus Gayle) so defence not too much of an issue. Keeper cover will be the big problem to solve.

Jesus....that was the most exhausting last 10 minutes of a game ever. Penalty was conceded first, keeper got a Red Card for what looked like shoving there forward, then Coyle got a 2nd yellow for dissent. Dymond goes in goal and saves the penalty! We then held out to win 3-2. Full credit to the players for battling bravely at the end. We dominated the first 70 minutes and scored a stunning free kick and 2 great goals with slick passing and 2 great finishes. What a reaction after last week....but watching that was not good for your health!

Great performance today n boys showed what great football we can play.

Guts to bounce back after they pulled it back too 1-1 was superb.

Yep there was a bit of a discipline issue but we were down the other end so can't say what went on but to hold out with 9 for what seemed like an eternity was ballsy and im proud of all the players n supporters who roared the boys on.....

COYW!!!!

As always, I'm staggered to why the forum is so much quieter when we win a game. If only some of the people who criticised the team last Saturday could praise the team when they do well.....

Well, what do you say after that?
Totally committed 100% performance from all.
Even with nine men, still looking for a forth.
Think the hiring of a team coach to take the players to today's game was a great idea.
Apparently the one Charlton use.
Gave the team time to gather their thoughts for the game.
That is one game my son will remember for the rest of his life.

11/2 welling BTTS made it even better

Thank you Welling.

Other than really local or games like Truro, the team always get a coach....and use Kings Ferry.

Looking forward watching the highlights of this one. The biased commentary was very good for those last ten mins and they went on Facebook Live for the penalty so saw that. Wondering if the Red Cards were deserved. The commentary team thought the Ref had a shocker all game.
But buzzing with that result, first away win of the year and now looking in a reasonable position in the league.

Coyle was sent off for the foul not dissent and their guy raised both hands to Dillon first and ref never saw that or Havant would have had a player sent off and 3-1 down. Brilliant defending at the end they just smashed balls in and the defence in the main threw themselves in the way and smashed it back up field for Havant to smash it back at us in true hail mary style to scrap for mistakes in our box we were were very well organised and brave. We could/should have scored two goals late on on break aways.

Mental game but until the mad last 10 minutes we had played some lovely stuff and two of our goals we ripped them to absolute pieces with some lovely attacking football.

A great win, after a nervy opening we held our own and dominated for long periods. Would not wish to pick out a MOM as everybody contributed today eg Phips ran himself into the ground upfront, Durojaiye was everywhere in the midfield and Jefford showed some of his old form in defence, Jebb scored a brace, I could go on throughout the whole team. Have seen worse referees this year and I can only say from where I was, that, Dillon was getting more and more frustrated with the antics of their centre forward and it all spilled out when the penalty was given. It would appear he deserved to go. I am unaware as to why the manager got his second yellow. The last 10 mins will live long in my memory alongside the last 10 mins against Truro a few seasons back and my heart would be in a much better condition if Zannetti had converted the chance when put through right at the end. To cap it all the wife was pleased to see me return from a match in a good mood for a change!

Well done boys

View from expert witness behind our goal not theirs.

Definitely the foul as there was no dissent. Jamie Coyle said that he was trying to hide amongst the other players while the fracas was going on hoping that the referee would forget to book him.

I wasn't there so can't comment on the match. There was obviously a big positive reaction after last week. Well done to the team and rest of the squad for a great result.

After Bath, and then the Haringey game, I thought this was a game we'd win, although I thought 2-0.

Brilliant response from the lads. I remember I think being 3-1 down with them men at Havant once and winning 4-3?? Not sure I could have handled the last ten minutes yesterday!

Lads deserve all the plaudits.
