Breaking my own rules by posting this but it's all for a good cause!
Some of you may know already but Matt and I are running both the Brighton and London marathons this year, just 7 days apart with Brighton coming up this Sunday.
We are doing this for 2 great charities, MIND is mine with Matt supporting Great Ormond Street Hospital.
Any support would be greatly appreciated and help these charities continue their amazing work.
Congratulations to Dean and Matt who both finished the London Marathon today. Must have been awful conditions out there so to cross that line is an amazing achievement.
