Stop wasting time already and accept the inevitable.....

Get the trophy out, start engraving it, get the Red and White ribbons ready, get the open top bus booked, add Steve King to the New Years honours list.

We are going to piss this tinpot league!

Tough side who will muscle many a team
Thought the back four were solid
We suffered defensively last season with silly errors
A resolute back line is key in this league
Had 2-0 @ 10/1 so very happy with today

First half was poor & they were more up for it, second half class started to show as they clocked up the red and yellow cards.

A good positive opener to the season, but a long way to go.

well done to all

Shaky first half but red card changed the game and we took full advantage. No weak links, all 10 of the new boys looked solid and Jebb was class as usual. Audel was superb and thoroughly deserved MOTM. Mills ran his socks off chasing everything and McCallum looks quality. Big lack of discipline for Dulwich, quite cynical with their fouls on LGhoul. Overall very happy and well done to Steve King and the team. #COYW

A good battling win against a very physical side. Our defence looks better organised and stronger than on previous starts.

Yes as has been said I thought we were poor first half. We lost all the battles all over the pitch. Hamlet were easily the better side. Second half looked to be going the same way until we scored. Then Hamlet lost it a bit. They gave the ref some easy decisions by committing stupid fouls. In the end their 8 let his teammates down by picking up a second yellow for a stupid unnecessary foul on the touch line. From then we took over the game and added a second goal. Hamlet obviously wanted to stamp their mark on this division from the get go but will need to be a bit more savvy or theyll pick up lots of yellow,Red cards and many suspensions. It appears that L,Ghoul is already a marked man and needs protection from what can only be described as cynical thuggery. Im also impressed by Gavin McCallum. Very nice footballer. All in all its 3 points in the bag. Everyone had a decent game including the replacements. Its early days but better than this time last year. Its game after game now for a few weeks. Lets hope our boys go from strength to strength.
PS. Anyone know if the mystery striker trialist is on the squad?

Chatting to MG the current squad is done and no additions are planned so I doubt he will be joining.

Good performance today. I thought first half we struggled to get going and put the fluid passing together that we have seen in pre season. But second half we got more of the ball and made it count.

Jebb continues to impress and Audel played well. Mills worked jis socks off as always.

Only slight negative was the starting line up. Mendy and Ijaha in the same team, at home is too negative for me. I can understand it away from home on a tough pitch but one of those with Kissock and Jebb behind Mills would have been better for me. More attacking and intentional.
