Last night my son his other half my step grand daughter and 9 month old came along. First time sons been in years but came as I am always nagging, and very first time brought the family.  Their little girl who is 5 wanted some chips. When they asked at the tea bar they heard the girl in the back say Im not cooking chips tonight. However just before half time for some reason they started cooking chips. Also at one stage during the game the tea bar staff shut up shop and went off to the pub. Total lack of respect for us and the visiting fans. I have raised this with one of the directors.

I was waiting 15 mins at half time for a burger with onions for a

friend when I got to the front and gave my order they had no onions

I did not want cheese but was still charged £3.50 for a bun and burger.. I will not be using them again.

in future !!!!

Mr Mark Goldberg is very approachable. Please speak to him regarding your experience and I'm sure he will take some action. Or get WUSA to complain to him. That way the tea bar people will learn the hard way and maybe buck their ideas up.  Do not go to E&B they are making a fortune out of the away fans so why as a home fan make them even richer.

We as Welling fans need to get a grip on this and STOP funding Erith and Belverdere. USE THE WELLING BAR AND TEA BAR ONLY.

I totally agree that we should support our own tea bar, BUT being realistic, expecting people on that side of the ground to walk past the E&B outlet, along the road end to the Welling tea bar is Not going to happen. Particularly when our own tea bar cannot cope with the current halftime rush anyway.

its harsh but the only way to stop the E&B facility opening is by providing direct competition on that side of the ground, there have in the past, been tea huts and caravans over there but they didnt last. Why?

Another point to remember is that the E&B staff are volunteers, with the food cooked to order rather than pre-cooked and kept warm, so currently their offer to fans is, IMO better than ours

Unfortunately I have no suggestions other than to ask the WUSA to raise the various issues at their next meeting with Management.

More to the point, why is E&B allowed to open its facilities on our match days? If they wish to do that, surely they should be required to pay for that privilege unless there is a reciprocal agreement?
