I think a few of the youth team have signed forms too.

I'm not sure at all about the team information above. From the list provided and my reading of the recent team declarations I believe Keith Rowland and Luke Holmes are registered with Welling and have agreed with Ade that they can be called on to make up a bench when we are in dire straights but are not members of the squad. Gabriel and any other U18's there may or may not be are primarily players in development that again Ade may call upon for County Cup matches and dire emergencies.

My view is that the current squad in terms of those regularly training and from whom selection would normally be madeis as follows.

Jamie Turner
Paul Hyde
Stuart Clark(on loan)

Mark Goodfellow
Chris Moore
Ben Lewis
Steve Perkins
Leon Solomon
Russell Penn (signed last Friday)

Ellis Green
Jamie Day
Des Boateng
Martin Carthy
Terry Bowes (signed last Friday)

Che Stadhart
Danny Kedwell
Steve Harper
Andrew Sam
Tony Battersby

Within that number I believe that currently both keepers are injured with at least one being long term and presumably Ellis is injured too as he didn't even make the bench on Saturday. Add to that any knocks we may have picked up on Saturday.

I'm not sure what mike was trying to ascertain but we've been in what I consider to be a minimal squad situation for a while now but we are right up there in contention for promotion and in the QF of the Trophy and that speaks volumes about the players we do have, and the expertise and abilities of Ade and his backroom staff.
