Would it be possible for whoever runs the club shop to email me at t-shirtman@hotmail.co.uk as I have an exciting new product, yes you guessed it, a T-shirt, which may be of interest to your supporters.

cheers

Tim the T-Shirtman

You would be best getting in contact with Peter Mason who runs the shop and reads this forum. As to who decides what is stocked is another matter

how about key rings and ties with the club badge on?

Slap the badge on everything you can think of

Club Shop Stock

Thank you all for the positive suggestions.  At the moment I am seeking quotes for a number of items prior to restocking the shop for the new season.

The main problem I will always have is the high unit price we are being quoted for the quantities we are likely to sell.  This precludes a lot of items of clothing, where there is also the complication of ensuring an appropriate mix of sizes.  There is a balance here of having a well stocked shop (which necessitates a high financial outlay) and making a reasonable profit.  In case it is not known, the shop is fully funded and all the proceeds go to the Club.

You can be assured that we will have a new style scarf in stock for next season, and I am close to agreeing an order for a tie with our crest embroidered into the fabric.  Prices are likely to be kept at £5 and £10 respectively.  Other items will depend on whether I can negotiate better deals or find other suppliers with better terms.

I will post a note nearer the start of the season when we have a confirmed list and prices.

Finally, if there is anybody who can help in the shop, particularly for the Charlton match (when I will be on vacation), please let me know.

Peter, drop me an email of what to do, times of opening, closing etc (e.g. is the shop closed during the match) and I'll let you know if I can get down for then etc.
