We Cannot really steam into Neil (And Nethercott) but the PR and News from the club is awful. Will we end up with lower league gambles or a team of mid thirties conference relegation battlers?
Come on Barrie / Neil give us a lift with some positive news. At least Neil hasnt said he hopes to avoid relegation.
I echo everyone elses concerns, but another to add to the mix. Lets imagine Smith is trying to tempt a new player to the club from elsewhere, if I were that player I would want to know what sort of club I was signing into, ie. were they going places and pushing to be up the top of the league for that season, or were they going to be also-rans. If I was the named player I wouldnt ask the manager directly as he would obviously just say whatever needed to get me on board. I would look at the other players going in and out of the club and decide based on that. As it stands at the moment, any potential new signing could be put off by the total lack of activity.
