1. Russ has given up with www.winningisnteverything,net - A great loss to the Wings community

2. James takes more than two weeks to update the official website at the most important part of pre-season and then becomes a 5-live traffic report

We all know that you have a sound and solid infrastructure behind the club, you may as well be playing Football Manager 2007.

Rocky Foundations

Hes got 4.5k a week to build a squad who can compete, We havent got a striker who can score TEN let alone 20.

All of the players at the club now NEIL gave a contract to. FFS Dont start giving it the rocky foundations crap.

He never signed no one till days before the season started. And then gave contracts to his mates. Good thing is he will be on pennies less than 300 a week and no contract so if barrie has the balls he can out him early.

We are in very deep poo here and all all knew we would be.

Tom,

When I talk about "Rocky Foundations", I'm talking about the infrastructure of the club. I fully believe that that the foundations of the club will be crucial to the club going forward.

Welling is a buzzing area within Bexleyheath that should build upon the success of the likes of Charlton etc. Yes, I'm talking about building a secondary supporter base with Charlton fans who can not be bothered to travel to the likes of Hull this season. The commercial advantages of relationships with these environments will be enormous.

Get a life Welling supporters, the infrastructure of the club has not improved and the club is still stuck in a time warp of the 1970's. If anyone wants a decent argument then pass your enquiries on to me. I sat on the WSU etc until 2006 and lost confidence. You are in for a tough season!!!

We have to deal with On the pitch as theres no point about the running of the club and given hes got 4.5k Neil has really fecked it up from pre season to here. Its his team.

We can address the fact of who employed him later. Or if things were done properly off the pitch we would still have Pennock (Thats a fact!!) ... Think back to When the club said Handford offered the job but declined as taking break from football for his business LOL!!!

Im telling you all hqad things been ok ooff the pitch, Admin, Players looked after, training grounds, Loans dealt with properly etc etc Pennock would still be at PVR and that.... is a FACT

I dont care he's got 4.5K OR what ever. My argument is that all clubs need a solid infrastuture beind them to build a strong infrastructure. Welling is being run as a hobby at the moment.

Think back to Liam Daishs interview on WOTW

saying the club didnt communicate with him at all etc etc... theres another point look what Daish has done at the Fleet and we got rid of him.. Look at the players we allowed to run out of contract at the same time, Look at the floodlights LOL, half a season playing midweek games away LOL.

But nothing changes and your called a stirrer for mentioning the numerous failings that hinder the club.

Im starting to think if the club went down and bust that a new club or maybe erith with the extra 300 fans who would go would be best for the areas fans, and i never thought i would feel that. Cos nothing changes and it will be ever thus with the family that own the club there unless they change their ways.

Here is my fundemental thought.

"The club do not want to go up or progress and arent capable of competing and do not want to and in my opinion have strived NOT to go up and most definitely NEVER tried to go up"

I could list 20 things to back that up but its been posted before, please name me one other club that was in the play offs after earning WELL in excess of 100k from the fa cup in that season who reduced the budget with a handful of games to go...

Now

I am as pissed off as anyone BUT until either of you actually turn up to a game and see it for yourselves I feel it is a bit rich to insult everyone at the club!

No one wins or loses the league in August

Spurs have lost two - do we think they are going down - NO!!

Now lets get back to reality and SUPPORT the team and not slag them off - It is NOT helpfull

Didn't you just walk out Gary - never to be seen again - that isn't supporting!!!

I don't know the answer BUT Ward looked a decent signing, coleman put himself about, Mooro was solid BUT too many mistakes

Iron those out and we will be OK!!
