Any News on a piece about how the Erith Ground Share works, And Whos liable for what? Are Welling the tennants and Erith sub letters? How long is the lease? Is the new Stand Joint etc etc (As we paid half and the 200k grant was in our name). Maybe you could speak to the Deres Owner too and get their slant.
