I think these rumours are pants but hope they are true. Managers should be judged on results end of story. Hes been at Welling 4-5 months, Signed every player on the books himself, has his coaching staff and they play his way. Weve already seen players come and go and a stack of loan signings.

Ive bet welling in a double with Chile so ive already got value.
Ive slagged neil off as he still is poncing about trying to sort a squad and we are struggling, if he isnt to be judged on results then i dont know what he should eb judged on. I dont know the guy so cant comment on him personally other than when things are going bad he dont say a lot in the press.
If he was doing well its hard to criticise isnt it, so on that score its down to him.
