Called up to the England squad (non league).
Someone of his calibre (sp) as a player would be brilliant to have, it's a shame he had to go

The standard of football this season has'nt been good , and in a very average league ,a few seasons ago he would never get near the squad.

Not sure if I agree with your comment cj, Steve Perkins was a good player for us & I would like to see he back........boy do we need another striker.
