JT Solly Mooro Tony Sinclair Robbie Marlon Chip A N other/Sam Keevil Ellis Omari A new striker
My rationale is that we play two wing backs in Marlon and Ellis to run at the defence and this allows Solly to move back to where he should be. I haven't seen enough of Sam Keevil yet to make a full judgement but what I have seen tells me he is better on the pitch and Neil doing what a manager should ie manage.
As for new players if we stuck with the above this would allow us to pay a decent wedge for a striker. Not someone who we are hoping on but a proven target man that Omari can play with. If Sam anint the bloke to go with chip in the middle then we should look at that area after, it isnt as urgent as the attack.
As for the defence, Mooro is bursting his lungs going up for corners and getting back when the other team break. I feel he has had a great start but will he play every game? This is then the thirs area to look at
Adam Cotterill does not inspire me at all, he needs to go to the bench. From what I have seen too many loose balls and too much width to the opposition.
I dont see the defence as the problem like others. If we had another half decent striker and a playmaker in the middle they could hold the ball up rather than the alamo happening every week. Its goals we need to keep us going

Wouldn't worry about Mooro having to play the whole season - he gets booked most games so should have regular suspensions to give him a break.

RE: you pick the team...what would your best eleven atm?
I agree with the team set out by BKK. Basically, we are not that far short of a good team. One new midfield player plus a decent 20 goals a season striker and we would be in the play offs. Come on Neil, you are nearly there and your lack of appetite has cost you the chance of the job at Gillingham
