Well done, handing back your wages is admirable.. BUT go and get them back mate cos we all know where they will go.
We are in a right hole. Barrie PLEASE FFS Sack Neil, and advertise for a proper manager. You appointed him the longer you leave it the more you have to take the blame.
Chippy feel free to post on here and tell people just how bad it is....
Fcuk Smith and the Club. people ought to know.

The Captain leaves the sinking ship. Let us hope it doesn't start an exodus. Leon, Robbie Ryan, Mooro - all must feel very unsettled. They can see that things aren't good and that they should be playing in a side fighting for promotion not against relegation. I guess with Chippy gone and Cottrell, who could play in midfield, we can look forward to Smith starting every game.
I don't know what all the fuss is about - as far as I can see Carpenter was one of our biggest earners and also one of the biggest disappointments. You can count the decent games he has played for Welling on one hand. Agreed that returning his wages is an admirable gesture but he has taken plenty of money out of the club in his short spell and not put an awful lot back in.
Started this season ok in my humble opinion but has looked increasingly off the pace which I think has been contributed to some of his daft bookings. I hope this does not persuade the current manager to don hos boots more often. I admire his honesty and wish him well for the future.
My only wish now is that one or two others would follow his lead but I'm not holding my breath.............
Not sure if I agree about Chippy not having too many good games Wingnut. On most of the occassions that I have seen him play, he has done really well. What perhaps made him look bad was that Neil decided to play in the midfield with him.....this didn't work. As for taking lots of money out of the club, I didn't know that Welling paid that well..............?
