Sorry not Wings related but two questions What time does this fight actually start?? As I know it comes on from 11pm on Box Office but what time are they scheduled to fight? Also is the Wings Bar showing it?
As for the box office hoo hah, watch it live online get the links from google or try myp2p.eu or channelsurfing.net it will be on one of those with about a 20 second delay.
Ricky will get busted up badly and run out of steam. PBF a cert.

Well, The yanks will have it at the time they want which will normally be 10-11pm their time! Plus they will have the undercard going on for hours. if i was betting on start time would be closer to 4am than 2am :(
So we need to fit in with them, Remember the Fight against the aussie at the M.E.N went off at 4am just for the yanks despite being in Manchesterrrrrrrrrrrrr Englannnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnd as Jimmy Lennon JR would say.
I would crash out about 9 and set the alarm for 2am but check out a few fight forums for clarification. but i will be amazed if its before 2am our time.
Also any Wings fans want a tenner with me? Ill have Pretty Boy Flloyd you can have the Hitman draw no bet.
Add your names if you want it. Straight tenners, i will accomodate you all...

That fight started at 1.00am, not 4am.
The doors open at 15.30 vegas time, they are 8 hours behind, so 23.30 our time.
The undercard wont start till 18.30 so 2.30 our time.
I am guessing hatton will be on 21.30 / 22.00 so 5.30am to 6.00am our time.
This bloke has never ever faced someone like hatton before, if he tries to have a war with hatton, ricky will win, if mayweather picks his punches & dances away from hatton, it will not look good for the hitman
Hatton will get battered and crushed into submission. He will just keep walking forward until there is nothing left in the tank. Hes a million to win on points and 2 million to stop PBF.

Hatton will tire badly. Dont forget hes moving up to fight PBF. Hatton's only hope is to hurt Mayweather early with his brutal punching and keep punching PBF and keeping him on the back foot. If he doesnt he will tire and Mayweather's extremely fast hands will absolutely batter him.
Its going to be a great fight. It could be like one of the rocky fights. I want to cheer on Hatton so wont have a bet but he has one hope..... HURT PBF early with his body shots or its just delaying the inevitable. The one thing he has going for him is he is an animal when launching those body shots.
I personally see a brave brave Hatton coming out all guns blazing but unable to stop PBF after some early promise and eventually Hatton tiring really badly late on and a stoppage around the 10th round for Mayweather or a points PBF win.

Yes there is a bit of patriotic hope. However, Hatton is a bulldog and still hungry. I'm sure will give it all he's got and will aim to batter Mayweather from the off.
Mayweather had planned on retirement pre this fight being arranged and despite his hands being quick if the media reports are correct they are suspect - or am I being taken in by the hype?
Kostya Tszyu was regarded as an almost certain winner but I called that one right much to the annoyance of my son who watches more boxing than I do these days.

Weigh in was interesting. Hatton looked to have won the mind games, didnt win many points by swearing. Great show by the thousands of brits there. Calzaghe was funny too. Nice to see some brits dishing it out in the yanks bark yard.
Heart says Hatton but head says he will run out of gass and get pummelled late on

Would have been interesting to have seen what would have happened if Mayweather had not been offered the level of protection he got from the referee which meant Hatton couldn't stick to his gameplan and the critical flaw of allowing frustration to dictate his actions appeared. Personally I don't think it would have made any difference as Mayweather's speed and accuracy of delivery was a joy to behold and the use of his elbows and forearms proved that without doubt he is as capable of dealing with fighters as he is boxers.
Reminded me of a couple of Welling losses I've seen this season where the reffing was dire but the reality was that they were second best and were going to get beaten anyway.
