Hope you're right. But will he go just before Xmas with no other wage coming in (as far as I'm aware)? He has also just brought in 3 players. Not a sign (IMO) that he's about to jack it in.
I cant see him going this side of Christmas. Mores the pity when he does go we will be in the relegation places and you have to look at the decisions the club are making.
You can slate smith all you want but why was he appointed? And then why is he given a vote of confidence when there are no clear reasons to believe he could turn it round.
