Neil Smith to go after Fisher game!?

I think Neil Smith will be sacked after the Fisher game win or lose as it would be a bit harsh to sack him before christmas, even though he would, if he kept his job get us relegated.

Ive heard from good source's within the club that Neil has lost the players respect in the dressing room as well as the plot! And these players include our big guns, the likes of Chris Moore, who has been excellent all season. This to me is very worrying.

Many fans including myself are refusing to go to games at the moment and until he is replaced attendances will be the lowest in years as this manager has been an absolute disgrace in his decision making from day one, and how he has the audacity to grace the pitch himself and pay his best mate Lyoyd Blackman for running around shouting at refs simply baffles me!

He is clearly not going to walk so FFS just sack him after the fisher game, please, and put Mooro and Chippy in temporary charge of team affairs until a replacement is found!!! If you read this Neil for the sake of our club please walk now and the welling faithful will think more of you as a manager and as a man...
Come on you wings,

Gaz

Bumped into Barrie earlier and he was less forthcoming than usual.  Could be that you are right Gaz.

"Ive heard from good source's within the club that Neil has lost the players respect in the dressing room as well as the plot! And these players include our big guns, the likes of Chris Moore, who has been excellent all season. This to me is very worrying."

I think as I heard and posted he lost the dressing some months ago.

"Many fans including myself are refusing to go to games at the moment and until he is replaced attendances will be the lowest in years "

The Boxing Day gate will be a good indicator of just how many fans are voting with their feet.  As far as attendances go compared to the same point last year they are 15% down and on gate money alone that equates to £9.5K.

"If you read this Neil for the sake of our club please walk now and the welling faithful will think more of you as a manager and as a man..."

I agree about thinking more of him as a man but as a manager???
