Nice to see Lloyd put his hand up. He has taken his fair share of stick but he has put himself about a bit more of late. Plenty of effort but no end result is what we have seen, bearing in mind that he is mate of Neil and he has now gone they seem to pretty much the same make up.
I could go and 'put myself about a bit' but with a lack of the right ability I would fail too!!!
Very supportive of you Mark . However I suspect the less conscientious members of the squad will be less forthcoming in admitting some responsibilty for our situation. I agree Lloyd hasnt had a brilliant season but then I think that goes for all but maybe one or two of our squad and in my opinion there have been worse players than Lloyd this season . I just hope the new manager can get the club going before its too late .

Also, we are in January and hes saying the players have let Neil down? theyve also been claiming wages for nearly 6 months so have let the fans down too! Why do they deserve to stay? if they havent been giving their all for 6 months??

I have a nasty feeling Meil has used up a large quota of our loan slots and most of the players will stay. Not just the decent onces.

I think there should and will be wholesale changes but Blackman is under contract until the end of the season , I suspect the only ones we'll keep are the ones contracted.
Blackman is absolutely useless and must go straight away! He is reported to be on a substansial amount of money (£400) a week, all because he is Neils friend. Thanks Neil for taking up half of the budget on sir Lyoyd, our goalscoring machine and flying winger who has the ability of Sunday league player at best!!!!!
It would be interesting to get a break down on what players are getting. (whihc i know we can't).That would give us ore of an idea about how well or not Neil was managing. If what Gaz is saying turns out to be true then that was a serious mistake by Smith to use up such a large part of the budget on one player. Not fair on the others and meaning that he did not have money to get new players. I wonder if others were on such a healthy wage.
Ive heard it from 'the horse's mouth' that Blackman is on 375pw and is the 3rd highest paid player ... a major mistake sure, but makes it even more amazing that Ademano was played in front of him continuously for two months when he couldnt hit a barn door either.
correct Mark, the top two being Ryan and Chippy, no idea how much though. I would guess Moore is 4th with the other players being mainly youngsters or from a lower level recently.
With Smith and Nethercott off the books we have lost two wages but effectively only one player so at least thats a little bit of a positive.
