According to the Bromley F C Website, Francis Duku has left the club and signed for Welling United. I assume we have signed him on short term basis as cover for Tony Sinclair.
Did mooro not play at fleet with Ford and Duku. Good signing nonetheless. Would love to see mooro take up player/assistant manager role train him up for the future, hes a top lad!!
I've seen Bromely play a few times over the last year and thought he was an excellent player. Not sure what went at Bromely for him but good signing for us.
I believe Duku and Mooro played together in the team that saw G & N into the Conference. I also understand that Duku is a good talker on the pitch which is something that is seriously lacking in our team. Not sure how it would work with him and Mooro together in the longer term......
Mooro himself does seem to have a genuine affection for the club. As long as we appoint an expereinced guy at the helm I think Mooro could be the ideal number two with a view to coaching/management in the longer term ??
