Think I would prefer Ford out of all those although I wouldnt be to unhappy if ****-erill got it. Dont like the sound of Yems sounds a bit of a journey man.
Hope they announce it soon though I cant wait any longer!!
Yems did the business for Crawley but was not retained and this plus his departure from Grays after such a short time must pose questions as to his suitability.

Hands on hearts..how many supporters really think that a new manager will make any difference to a club that has no structure and is still run on the foundations of a Sunday League team? This is a serious question, rather than a nasty snipe.
Ask yourself how much influence the Club Chairman and Vice-Presidents have over the club.
The only hope for the club to stay in the BS-South is the incompetance of those around them. Discuss...........
Definitely not the same Mark. Warnock came in , kicked a few backsides, and more significantly gave some of their very good youth players their opportunity. We have to bring players in.
A better comparator would perhaps be Tonbridge Angels who like us lost several of their players, including John Main their main goalscorer and were in the relegation battle area. Dobler and Ruthers get the sack, a manager with a bit of a reputation comes in, brings in a few players and, the remarkable FAT win against Oxford aside, gets pretty much the same results as Dobler and Ruthers and they are still in the relegation battle area.
Hopefully our new maager will be able to achieve something between that achieved by Warnock and Warrilow which will see us comfortably mid table.

Gary, I have said we are lacking off the pitch. I also believe a proper manager could improve that. Sort the training facilities, have contacts to improve commercially from his previous clubs and bring some experience to the club.
Having a better manager like Glen or Andy HAS to be an improvement.
I will criticise the club when i feel they are c0cking up but when i see them trying to improve i have to praise them. i dont slate them for the sake of it.
Praise them when they try, and criticise them if you feel they are taking the p iss.
In this instance i am praising them for being positive and trying to get the best man they can and holding their hands up saying no more virgin managers.
