I'm delighted by this news. It is a welcome relief to a fairly long wait. We have a tough last bit of the season to go, but I believe the management has acted fairly in previously giving Neil Smith the chance in management, but in the interests of the club bringing in Andy, who is as experienced as we are going to get at this level.
