I agree some people were quick off the mark to criticise but come on spud you are doing the exact same thing , getting carried away after 1 win against a very poor side in my opinion . Personally i'll reserve judgement until the end of the season rather than get too negative or too positive immediately.
I'm quite happy to let spud get carried away. A 3-0 win win away from home - we haven't done that at home this season and i don't think for several years away.
Ford is a quality manager - people who were negative (without any results for us to go on) will hopefully be proved wrong.

We failed to beat the poor teams under smith, and its the poor teams who we have to beat to give fordy the chance to build a side next year in the same league!!
I couldnt give a flying pigs turd if we beat all the poor teams by one goal as long as we win a few! well done fordy, barney and the players!! keep it up!
As I have said before I believe Fordy and Phil will ensure that we will stay in the Conference South if anyone can but I had expected a few disappointing early results and this could easily have been one of those disappointments.
It is a bit early to get carried away but today's result was very encouraging particularly bearing in mind the results of those around us.
Next 3 matches are Bath (A), Eastleigh (A) and Newport (H) and I would be happy if we picked up between 3 or 5 points which would keep us on track.

Just because people post with some silly username doesnt add any credence to their posts whatsoever JGFC. We all know the people who talk bollox on here and for the most part they are NOT anonymous posters ! I think the sensible and logical approach to Ford's 1st few weeks in charge would be to not get too carried away whether we win or lose 10 games in a row or whatever but to tell people to f*** off because they were negative or not entirely comfortable with the appointment is in my eyes just as stupid as the negative posts in the first place. I know it wasnt you who started that thread JGFC so dont think Im having a go at you for it , but as I said above anonymous posts can be as creditible as any , I speak for myself when I say I post anonymously for a very good reason .
