The Bognor result wasn't good for us. Now four points above us - I know we have a couple of games in hand but they are against Newport which will be tough. We need as many teams in the struggle as possible. What chances of Weston getting drawn in?
I was looking at the bottom 7 whose current form was also reflected their position so I included Weston. The way things are going at the minute looks like Cambridge might join in so I'll be keeping an eye on them too.
I'm sure Fordy and Phil won't be relying on the results of those around us but will regard them as a bonus when in the main they go for us as they did this week.
Now that Smith has gone I'm quietly confident that we will keep our place in the CS. We currently have a 4 point gap on the relegation spots and at least a game in hand on those sitting there.
The games between 29 March and 12 April (Maidenhead away, St Albans home and Sutton away) will I believe be the key to our survival.
