Poor 1st half then second half up until we equalised we were playing well.
After that it all fell apart.
Turner had a mare but the lack of fight in the team was terrible.
We need someone in midfield who will put himself about plus a player that can create. Also a striker that will mix it up with the defenders would be handy. Always used to think how i'd dread having to mark Kedwell as he put himself about, these days none of our strikers give the opposition any such worries.
The reaction after the match summed up this team, all the players just walked straight off the pitch. Only Jamie Turner had the decency to clap the away fans, which going by the way Eastleigh work the attendance out, was about 300 of us!!
I know alot of the lads behind the goal today were moaning about the players will to win and spirit which I agree with to a certian point, however I have now come to a stage where I sit back and think this team is just so awful. The players we have got would strugggle to get in a Ryman South side. Eastleigh probably played at 70% today and still beat us same with Bath last week the teams at the top dont have to play well to beat us. Our aim from now to the end of the season is to beat the teams around us and try nick the odd points off the teams like Newport on Wed and so long as we can do that we will stay in this league and then Andy can get his hands on the team and put his own stamp on it during the summer. I would not keep any of the players if it were me.
Chin up lads we will get through this. Oh I do agree with Park End though only JT clapped which was disgusting, last years players always clapped! Oh to turn the clock back a year!!
