May be a nice guy but what is he playing at! I think hes getting worse and worse and surely he can only be bringing the other players down with him as hes the captain and meant to be setting the example! I think hes got to go now, free up some wages and get someone in with some running and an eye for a pass aka a jamie day type player!
I doubt he'll go easily. He is on good money and will find it hard to get same money elsewhere. Having said that I think he shold be dropped. His performances have been awful and he adds nothing as a captain.Give the arm band to Mooro - shows more passion than most and at least he talks to the others players.
Great reply Chelwing. Mooro took the guys out on Saturday for pre-match warm up. He talked to them, as he does during the match. OK, so he's no Spring Chicken in football terms, but, he has the ability to talk to the players and get them motivated. He will be our next Manager............er, OK, one day
As you know I'm with you on this one Mark. I dread to think how much time and money is spent in support of the team. So a gesture to say "Thanks Guys" when a player leaves the pitch isn't asking too much in my opinion. To be honest I don't think the majority would show their appreciation at the end of the game,if it wasn't for Chris Moore either.

What do you expect when you have a manager who misses 2 weeks when he joins and then signs anyone and millions of loans. I am talking about Smith, he did it through choice, No team spirit, no team BUILT just anyone will do and then bring in loads of loan players.
IF Fordy keeps us above the drop zone then he can build a team next season and please just once can we actually have a team ready and stable for the start of the season.
