Interesting article on Kent on line

The club are making good vibes re increase in budget for next season, but also states will do their best to match Andy Fords request for an extra £20k

Thats all you can ask from the club. To try and get the funds. But Andy is asking for about a 15% rise in budget, He has to get some of that back through the gate by playing good football.

I would meet him half was and say theres 10k and if the crowds are up 10% you can have another 10k

20k is a lot too find and though we should be ambitious, we cant go gung ho. Will be interesting to see what plans the Two Barries have, i would get on my bike and get a strong team down for a friendly.

Spurs would be a possible but easier would be to beg curbs to send the first team down from west ham a few games after the charlton opener.

I agree with you JgFc. This would benefit both the Club and supporters and in my opinion would be a good use of the funds raised by both parties to me.

Not sure about the current balance of the WSU as they may well have provided some financial support this season but WUISA had around 3.5k last I heard.

Not sure that West Ham are allowed to come back after the Millwall attacks last year

I agree though, get another club that would generate people through the gate

If they don't come up why not Wimbledon

Mark,

Good idea about Wimbledon but dare I suggest Dartford as they seem to get the crowds and are on the borders of London occupied Kent.
