Great news that Chris Moore is staying.

Mooro had a good season and deservedly won Player of the Year. However I think we will have to use him more sparingly this season or at least have more options at centre back.

And as for him playing a defensive midfield role ??????????????

More options is certainly important. He seems to pick up a few reds as well - although the one at Hampton was a farce. I know he is another year older but I thought he kept going well last year.

should only be used as cover and for county/london cup games, maybe reserve team boss if we get one.

The guy is absolute quality in the air but possibly lacks a bit of pace now which is why I'd play him in a defensive midfield position.

While we are at it Jamie Turner likes to play a bit (and spends more time outside his area than it) so perhaps he can team up with Mooro as the new dynamic central midfield pairing. Then we could switch Ellis Green in to cover the vacancy at centre half thereby freeing up a space out wide to utilise the pace of Chippy.
