I would just like to thank everyone who helped at the Danson Festival over the last two days, over 20 supporters helped out on one or both days.
Everyone that helped out put in some very hard work in both the sun and rain, but I think this was deemed out a success, with the final tally still to follow.
Also thankyou to Jamie Turner and Joe Howe who came over today to the Welling stand and also to Joe who presented the winner of square ball keepie up challange with his trophy.
I think this maybe our most profitable presence at the Festival, helped by great help in numbers. it was a joy to see our presence on par with Charlton Athletic with amount of people we attracted to have a go on the speed test and keepie up challange.
Its been a privilage to watch supporters mucking in together to achieve results, it makes me proud to support Welling.
