He's definitely still with them contract wise, although I think he's deemed surplus to requirements and they are looking for somewhere to loan him out to. Until a bit nearer the start of the league games I assume no-one wants to sign a loanee until they know where the gaps in their squads will be. Tricky situation.
He is still on a full time contract (1 year left) with Grays, but has been told he can leave as he is not part of their plans. He has been training with Grays U16's. Ebbsfleet offered him a deal, but it was a poor offer compared with what he is on with Grays. A probable loan deal with Ebbsfleet will happen, although he would not say no to a loan with Welling. This is good info due to seeing Jamie at a cricket game last Saturday.
I wonder if We can get him on a season long loan with an option for a second year (So we dont get dropped in it) so he becomes our player. Surely Grays dont want to pay someones wages for training with the kids? Thats always assuming Andy fancies him. He might not want him.
