PMFSL hes read a closing peice then had to do it again, then got the scorer wrong and said it was 1-1 when it was 2-2.

might open a few peoples eys, hatrick from set pieces.
interested in martin early in pre season but martin trialed at bournemouth and cheltenham and had it in his head he wanted to be a pro. he will be an asset

16 new players, we have to blend, first pre season games werent too good to be honest .
trying some team spirit building, it wins you points.

Ford said conf south similar to the old ryman prem when was a feeder.
bar being raised every year, some big clubs in the league.

we like being a small club, no one rates us and  no one likes us!!! (new chant??)

Braintree on tuesday need a result or today is waste of time.

Had to leave a player out today, we had 2 missing through injury,

today was a good start

What a strange set of results today. 8 away wins, only 1 home win. Well done to the lads today. I didn`t expect 4-0. As jgfc said we`ve got to do Braintree now or it means nothing. They will be up for it after losing today. Go on boys!!!

Well played today Weliing, certainly deserved the victory although very fortunate to score 4.

First goal came from an awful error from our captain at fullback leaving you through with 3 v 2, two neat square balls found your number 11 in acres of space to slot home.

Second was a great free kick, 11 again finding the far bottom corner on his left foot from around 25 yards with a firm shot.

Third, another free kick, 11 again, bent in low, should have been a routine take for our keeper who somehow left his legs wide open as he went down to collect and failed to grip the wet ball allowing it through.

The fourth, the best, free kick again from the corner of the box, with everyone preparing for the cross your man whipped it into the top far corner with plenty of loop and swerve, keeper left rooted to the spot.

Until the first goal you didn't look too special, but from then on coped easily with our attacks and looked very swift and effective on the break.

Anyroad, well played again and good luck for the season.

Well done today Wings, brilliant start to the season, I actually fancied us to get a draw down there but to win and win 4-0 is brillaint. Braintree will be right up for it Tuesday, we need to get behind the boys and make sure we dont let are good start slip!

I hope youre on each way JCFC ! I heard a prominent member of our staff say that we'll stuff some teams by 4 or 5 but with a young side are liable to get well beaten at times! Its stuff or be stuffed, I reckon, but seeing as im on at 33's each way I dont give a stuff !!!!!

yeah have a chunk at 33s and have also played each way. Andy playing things down but he is right there will possibly be days where it all goes tits, its all part of the learning curve. We shouldnt fear anyone though and i think we can go close. Let them worry about us and we will take em all on, beat us? well played.
