Parkinson has gone on a 3 month loan according to the Margate website.

Bad news about Orlando Smith.

Glad to hear that Andy is keeping level headed about the start of the campaign - I'm 100% convinced that he will make the team stronger, fitter and more focussed as the season progresses.
I had a talk with Mucu last night and he reckoned that he will be back in about two weeks.  What an assett he will be on his return. smile

Cynical

yes i spoke to Mucu aswell last night and he said 2 weeks to me but then i saw Andy send him to see Dave Lawson the physio before the game and when i interveiwed him after he didnt seem happy about how Mucu is progressing which tells me he might be out for more than a few weeks my guess is end of september before we see him playing 90minutes but i think it could be a good 4 weeks from now before we see him at all judging by the way Andy seemed last night.

Great game to watch as a neutral, I say neutral because i write the match report but really my local team are Welling.

Sunni, could you ask him about what's happening with Ross Lover on Saturday? All seems vague.

If Mucu was fit, where would he play? The wingers are on fire and Pinnock must be keeping Healey and Sheringham on their toes!

Will do replica shirt

totally agree with your comment too about where Mucu would fit in also i was thinking who do we play CM now, we cant leave Quinn out really because he holds the team together to a degree he is the wise heads amongst the "kids" so to speak so the other place is between Cobbs, Dorian, Blackburn or even Lover if he is still there and i think Smith was exceptional when he came on, with Cobbs there we lacked a bit of creativity so Andy has a nice headache atm.

Looking back to this time last year, it shows what a great job Ford has done because i remember at the start of last season i could barely pick a decent team but now i think Andy could pick 2. There was one point last year towards the end of Smudgers time where we had injuries in defence and we had Jackson Ohakam in defence and he was SH1TEEEEEE

I'm glad we've still got Parkinson. He's certainly one for the future.

I see that Jack Parkinson scored on his debut today for Margate. Maybe after the loan we can have him back !
