On the plus side today I was again impressed with johnson, I think he will be a big player for us this year if given the chance to stay in the team I fill his form warrants this chance - Healy was very nice with the ball at his feet and won alot in the air -  It was a very good away following as well and the singing always makes thing a bit more upbeat because that first half was one of the most boring halfs of footy ever.
Second half was better and there was not much to split the sides and a draw would have been a fair result but ......... the ref had a mare with Sols goal, it sounds a bit sour but the goal was quality and the foul would not have been given in mini soccer.
But and i know we have a great start to the season but there are a few things I fill need to be bought up for discussion ......... are forwards are very slow and any balls played long they have very limited chance of getting there ..... Joe Healy is a nice player but he is a play behind the front two type of player not a striker if we are honest he will not score more than ten this year........ Ellis Green needs to get down to Crook Log and take them up on there free gym induction offer he is a very talented player but come on you can not tell me there have been many weaker players in the tackle ever at pvr ..... Ryan Martin is again a great talent but he goes missing in games, and if we are going to mantain the good start he needs to turn up every week ...... also as Oakes said today why his he not taking corners please dont tell me he his a great aerial threat i have seen seagulls win more headers than him ... a slight setback today but the boys are going to do it no probs 2 -1 win at Bognor!
