No tears from me - over rated and over paid as far as I am concerned. Rarely produced anything of value and I feel we have looked a far more solid unit now we are playing with 11 men and not carrying him.
Bit harsh that J! although I agree that he will be no great loss to the team, he was never strong enough for me, potential a good player at this level.
fcked us over last year and now having barneys at training? good luck at ashford town or sittingbourne or maybe in the sunday leagues you love so much.
Caught playing sunday football and also saying would sign for us and pi$$ed off to Eastleigh...
and you think people saying bye bye / good riddance is harsh?
how many games has ellis won this year please? how many crosses that have provided goals?
thanks in advance.
i would personally be happy if he has gone. and Ming, Blackburn, Cobbs etc etc seem to have delivery differnt class to Green and to my knowledge none have fcked off and risked injury and fitmess playing for Sunday teams? In Fact Sonny actually chose to play for us.

"never liked the c**t and i really hope he breaks a leg one of football's losers"
However you look at it, it is harsh.
I was merely saying that the post was from an anonymous poster and we don't even know if it's true - I made no comment on what had happened in the past.
its a fair point if it isnt true but hard to see where someone gets that out the blue unless it was a player or ellis himself. also calling the manager a dog suggests its someone connected to ellis or the boy wonder sunday league star himself.

I really rated Ellis first time around. I think he was badly advised with regard to Eastleigh and I was glad to have him back. However this season he has been a shadow the player he was/could be. I think the signing of Loui was always going to lead to the departure of Ellis.
I heard a rumour that he had turned out on a Sunday morning again this season which is, after last season's debacle, taking the pi$$.
Good luck to the lads (and supporters who are brave enough to attend) tonight. We will need to improve drastically on Saturday's showing to progress.
So now from some anon slagging fordy off , Wingnut has posted what i too had heard, I wonder if the real story is that Green has been booted out for taking the pi$$ yet again out of the club. far rom making Fordy a dog that makes him God as far as i can see... taking no shyte off of one or two underperformers and building the others we have into a very decent team.

totally agree chelwing - never liked the c**t and i really hope he breaks a leg
one of football's losers
You "really hope he breaks a leg". Extremely harsh to wish that upon a player IMO. Has been poor this season in the home games i have attended, bar the game at braintree, but was quality at the end of last season when we was in the brown stuff where his contribution did alot to keep us up. Maybe its time for him to move on if true but i find it extremely harsh to wish that on him.
He also played 5 a side at goals (bexleyheath) on a wednesday night. Saw him there regularly and even played against him once. This was all fairly recent as well so a bit dodgy if you ask me.
