It seems very much like a point gained, than two  points lost after reading some match reports. Can anyone that went yesterday confirm this?

It sure was.
Thought we looked half decent in the first half, but in the second we barely came out of the dressing room.Lucky to come away with a point in my opinion.

I have to agree. We were fortunate to get a point. A shocking second half performance. Not for the first time this season we didn't look comfortable when we needed to be more physical to adapt to the terrible pitch. We will get walloped by moneybags Chelmsford next week if we play like that.

Do you think being a fairly young side, we seem to swith off after taking the lead against sides that on paper we are expectd to beat?

I am not sure why Quinn wasn't playing - anyone know if he was slightly injured which only meant the bench. I think we perform better with him in the side and he adds experience. I thought the midfield were awful on Saturday - no invention, failed to compete and gave away the ball too easily. I think Sherringham isn't suited to the role just behind the front men.

I agree

The midfield was short on ideas and also I agree that Quinn makes it far more of a solid outfit

Mucu is plainly not match fit

Sheringham is either not in the right position or is not being brought into the game enough

Baker huffed and puffed all of the game

BUT

I would wager that we raise it considerably against Chelmsford on Saturday and the following week against Weymouth

That is what is so frustrating

I have noticed that Turner wasn't on the bench either. Has he fallen out with Ford as well?

He played for the Ressies on Saturday apparently. I dont think he's fallen out with anyone, just Masters is deemed to be better at the moment - and I would tend to agree.
