The pubs will be selling overpriced tickets for you to try and buy from a bar 11-deep and Jools Holland will be counting in the New Year on BBC2 (on a programme he recorded 2 weeks ago). So why not spend the last few hours of 2008 in the company of fellow Wingers?

The WSU will once again be holding its annual New Year's celebration on Wednesday 31st December at 7:30pm in the Wings Bar. Tickets are priced at £10 for adults and £6 for children. Dancing to the sounds of DJ Kev. There'll also be a buffet and a raffle.

Tickets will be available shortly and we'll get them out to you in good time (or keep them for you on the door), but we'll be glad to take your details and payment at the WSU table starting on Saturday when the Wings host Weymouth at Park View Road (ko 3pm).
