Is it time to cut our losses on Orlando, its Christmas and hes injured again after missing lumps of the season.
We cannot carry unfit players. he needs to stop doing the limbo while serving coffees in my opinion.
Obviously very talented but if hes not fit enough then we need someone who is? If hes not on contract then perhaps Andrew should be off loading him and getting a replacement in.

He's Just Havin A Bad Time. Leave The Kid Alone We Cant Just Pie Him Like That Because I member Last Season When We Was Fighting Regelation Battle He Was Always Giving 100% And He Was Our Best Player So Give Him A Break
Yea Agree But Your Not Gonna Get A Player Like Him Because Talent Dont Just Come Like That. We Should Be Thinkin Get Him Fit And Run And Not Get Him OUT Thats Harsh. Just Stick With The Kid, He Will Come Good When He's Fit And Member I did Say This
Is there a reason for a capital letter at the start of every word ?? It only takes longer to type it and makes it less readable. I Can Not See Any Real Reason To Do It.
Its a two way street. If he is never fit we are paying him and a body short. How long has this been going on? 4 months? A month or so with an injury no worries but this is getting silly and theres no sign of him being fit. Is it one injury or lots of injuries?

Harsh - there is certainly room for improvement - but his range of passing is probably better than any one else. I see potential there and to suggest he gives 0% is shocking.
I seem to recall that he looked quite good in a pre season game ? against Maidstone but I don't think we've ever seen him fit let alone match fit.
The problem from my perspective is if someone that young can't get fit is why is that the case.
If he has lost motivation due to the Charlton experience then he needs to either get over it, get his head down and make it as far as he can in the game or decide to stick to enjoying a game with his mates.
If there is a medical problem then we really need to get some advice as to the likelihood of him ever getting fit and take whatever the appropriate action may be.
It is pointless him just continuing to take up a squad place.
