adding to that i know our average is just under 700 but if i remember correctly most games have been 500-550 and our average is up because of the chelmsford, fisher and wimbledon games
Can fully understand large crowds for the Wimbledon and Chelmsford games but Fisher appear to have a low away following.(I am not putting Fish down). If my memory serves me correctly was there a lot of young spectators from the youth teams at the match. If so whats happened to them? Surely if they play for ANY youth/reserve teams associated with Welling they should have some sort of cheaper admission to encourage them to come to first team games.
J, Whilst I agree that getting the 3rd highest gate was heartening its not a case of where we are in terms of the gate on a particular date but whether the attendances can sustain the playing budget at the level it is. We are reading almost weekly about club's cutting their budgets, including us, and the potential loss of a side mid season with the latest in the Fisher saga.

Oh my god, whatever next, try crowing when you get over 1500 like we did on saturday.
You should have spent money advertising your club to improve your attendances afterall you didn't need to buy your ground did you, you stole it.
Oh and perhaps if you didn't have drunk and abusive "people" like JGFC abusing the whole of non-league football you may get even more through the gates
Congrats, i have encountered some proper james hunts on the forums but you take the biscuit as you are basically some anonymous turd. At least Lilywhite and Jon The County were known.
If you ever want a "chat" face to face just let me know....
Now back in your hole little boy and come out when you have some balls.
