Thats an interesting point - I woder when Fordy will try to tie up some of the current squad....As regular readers know I get really pissed off when we start each season with a virtually completely new squad then spend time getting know each other THEN having to get rid of those that are no good
A nice core of 8 or 9 would be a great start but if he is going to get them he needs to be dangling contracts etc now
Reading the BT this week Fordy commented on how the likes of HandY and Hampton are playing with squads that are having there second season togther and how he believes it is paying off for them, so with that in mind I think he will be speaking to them. If he can add a bit of experience to the side we already have then next season could be even better.
