I see on the Kentish football site that they face a winding up order next Wed. Excuse my ignorance but should they fold what effect would that have on our points? Would we have three deducted?
Yes if they fold we would loose 3 points along with all those clubs who have already won against the fish (in some cases 6 points I beleive). However I understand that a stay of execution is hoped for until the end of the season. Lets keep our fingers and toes crossed.
why are we hoping for a stay of execution is this not the same club who sank down the leagues then started paying players telephone numbers and got back up here then got rid of them all again?

From BSS forum Fisher have until 22nd April to pay up. As was stated this means they could fold with 1 game left to play. I suppose then everyone else would get the points deducted. Just wonder how this will affect the final table. Also understand Lewes were in same court today as well
You are probably right. Braintree are the masters of the late play off charge but having seen them on Saturday, and with how far they are behind, it is a tall order this season.
