ford needs to get it right, the team are not playing together and ming has a bad influence on the team with a big ego, get him out, ford cannot stay with the same team changing at least 4 players every match wich leaves them not knowing where to turn..FORD OUT!!! we will benifit from it.

Oh dear. Here we go.

On a pitch which made things difficult for Welling, the team who wanted to play on the ground, the Wings forced the goalkeeper to make numerous saves. That performance was the best I have seen from any goalkeeper this season.

Ford cannot be blamed for that, or for the strikers not always testing him when they should have. He may have gone a bit Ranieri recently but we are not completely out of play off contention yet.

I have only ever spoken to Sanchez Ming once, and he appeared to be a personable young man. I know he can be a bit hot headed and it was a bad mistake that gave Piper a chance to break but he is a good player. Don't forget that a moment of brilliance turned one point into three at St Albans.

By the way, does anyone know when Sam Hurrell will return?

Haven't heard anything about Sam in the last couple of weeks so I am assuming that fitness permitting he will be back in the mix now. His appearance in the Folkestone game surprised me a little but I did say he was unavailable for a couple of weeks when we signed him.

I understood that he had been allowed to go to Cuba for a family wedding but unless it was his, he must be due back soon. Maybe he needs a couple of training sessions to regain match fitness.

It is probably as well that he wasn't on the bench yesterday as it may have been at the expense of our goalscorer.

I think it is true that Ming made a bad mistake for their goal, but by then if we has been 5 up it wouldn't have flattered us so his mistake wouldn't have mattered if others had done their job. What was unacceptable was the abuse he gave one of his teams mates for a misplaced pass and then after his mistake he just gave up playing - walking around sulking. We want players that if they make a mistake will put in 200% to put it right. Ming is talented but unless he learns to control himself and become a team player then I wouldn't bother with him.

I also think that Richard Stevens deserves a break and a run in the side. He did well when he came on at St Albans and scored yesterday. I feel that either Sheringham or preferably Baker could be dropped.

Also well done to Terry - the linesman that came on to stop the game being abandoned. Terry is a Wings supporter and did very well considering he hasn't officated for many years. I hope he got paid for his efforts and the club reward him too. If the match had to be replayed then it would have cost them loads for the coach, subsitence etc. for a rearranged game. Nice one Tel.

The thing is with mistakes at our level is that if they didnt ever make mistakes then they wouldnt be playing at this level

Thank god theres only one anon saying Ford Out. Anon who would you see as a better manager who will bring better players in and do all of the work scouting that Andy and Dacky do? Fordy isnt here to lose games or p1ss about in mid table. Give him this season and see what he can sort for next season. Players are aware of what he is trying to do at Welling and he will attract quality players and learn from his first full season back in the dugout. FFS the club are TRYING to be ambitious and have an ambitious manager there are good signs just be patient. That said i hope we dont look after players that p1ss off or p1ss us about as it NEVER works out.

As long as we learn from the mistakes this year and there have been plenty then we should keep on improving on and off the pitch and that all you can ask for.

Will be interested in seeing if Fordy can get Sheringham back on form and sort the formation out , signs from reports on Saturday that things could turn a corner again.

Come on Charlie.... start getting greedy and hitting the back of the net. Baker may just start scoring if you do at the moment hes not far behind the rest is he?.

As I have said before I think promotion this year for Andy was always going to be a tall order. I expect by the end of the season he will have the foundation of his team to challenge next year. To get rid of him would be ridiculous.

Isn't he a Yeading fan? It's not really JgFc's style.

Why did you post as Peter City on the Conf South forum and what do you post as now?

Just interested really

Ah so Replica Shirt it just proves that you are Peter City as you seem to have mentioned the name before iirc, trying to bring attention to yourself I presume.

Apologies to JGFC for mistaking him with the loony Dan Dare just thought the way he answered people and always took the pee resembled him.

Can't believe Dan Dare is a Yeading fan, come on they' only had 2 before they killed two clubs and only 3 and a half fans after the merger.

Oh and I always post as Duane, not like you eh 'Peter Replica Shirt City'?
