there meeting for approval has apparantly been delayed so surely the league wont let them play in the playoffs knowing that they might not be allowed to go up at the end of al of it?
Its certainly harder for the Conference to give dispensation given they have clearly not stuck to the rules and now that the planning wont be discussed till may.
I would find it incredible if Hampto were given extra time when its all guesswork if they would get the planning.
Bath or Ourselves could have a case in legal action against the league if they now gave Hampton even more leeway.

Those are the planning meetings for 2009 for Richmond . So they never put in planning and have clearly tried to do it IF they reached the play offs, well sorry but theyve been up there all year. This wil be an absolute farce if they get in the play offs and will set a very dangerous precident. Where teams will ignore the rules and spend money on the team like Hampton.
I really hope that Bath and Ourselves (even a joint letter or fax) have contacted the league with a raised eyebrow.
