Having attained the B grade for Conference South, Hampton & Richmond Borough FC has satisfied the Conference Grading Committee that it has fulfilled the requirements to make it eligible for promotion to Blue Square Premier, should it qualify as Champions or through the Play-Offs from Blue Square South."

as said on the conf south forum - if only the cheaters had beat wimbledon last week then the pressure owuld have been on the league and they would have buckled
