Baker crapped all over us and left us in the lurch and has come back when he was released by the team he left us for.
We took him back and when he came back when we needed goals he scored an open goal and a penalty. WELL DONE THAT MAN.
We should NEVER entertain players who want to a not sign a contract and b want to come back when they walk out.
It was said wait until the end of the season.
Well.. hes come back scored TWO GOALS and you COULD say by walking out on us for a number of games he has directly affected our chance of making the play offs and when hes come back hes scored an open goal and a penalty. He had his chance to come back and redeem himself and he hasnt.
I would be gutted if we gave him a contract next year for the above reasons.
These are my views i am entitled to them and he could have come back scored a sackful of goals and proved himself, hes done neither.
He has had plenty of clubs and IN MY OPINION is not an asset to the club and has had a direct effect and impact on us not getting in the play offs due to his actions is walking out and his non goal scoring when returning.
To be fair.. i dont care if he scores 5 today as todays game is now a non pressure meaningless game.
Close your door on the way out Baker you havent got it in you to do the right thing by the club that pays your wages and when your goals were needed you came up short. If you think thats a bit harsh look in the mirror and at your actions. You failed at making up for those actions and have let down the club and the fans IN MY OPINION.

The disabled salmon today jumped three times for the ball and ran the ball down twice thanks very much for turning up Baker, on todays game was not a reflection of how well we have been playing and i will prob think the lads have let themselves down. We would have let in a sackful if not for Wilkinson, i am putting it down to the fact of hearing about the Hampton ground grading and the sense of not playing for much, onwards and upwards for next year..........
