Read the Non League Paper today and the regular feature " The last five minutes" where a player gets interviewed about life and football, What car do you drive ? , last goal scored ? ect. I had to rub my eyes and look twice because this week they cornered Rob Quinn for the q & a session. One of the usual questions " who would you never invite to a dinner party " Quinn not only chooses Dack because " he shouts a lot " ( and maybe cos he shafted us up the rectum ) but also says he wouldnt invite Ming because he could " start a fight in an empty room " !!!!. But perhaps we knew that already !!!!! .
Towards the end of the season when our play-off hopes had gone I lost count of the amount of times Quinn would make a "calm down" style gesture towards Ming who was mid-"toy throwing out the pram". Usually it was directly followed by a smile of continued disbelief at Ming's ability to overreact and just generally act like a spoilt brat.
Incidentally, went past Ming this morning in Honor Oak on my way to work, he was in full football kit and walking with a silly limp (no not injured, just "att-eee-tood"), wonder where he was off too ?? Lets hope its not a trial ...
