Just to let everyone know that the Welling supporters team are travelling up to Leeds this weekend for worldnet we have been drawn in a tough group alongside -
Watford - Last years runner ups.
Bradford - Semi finalists last year.
Whitby Town - look as though may be the weakest team but a few ringer can do wonders lol.
I will be getting people to put on updates and letting everyone are results etc.

Lets hope that we bring back the trophy!!

10/1 Millwall are my tip we are a game for anyone but Millwall have got some very good players ring ring!!

10/1 in a 64 runner field with our best result being a last 16 spot in 2007 ?????

Results now in.

Lost 1-0 to Watford,

Beat Whitby 5-0 and

Drew 0-0 with Bradford app had blatant penalty turned down!

This means that the boys finish third in their group and will play in the plate (losers) tounament tomorrow. Unlucky lads!  They are due to play Grimsby at 8am! Could stuggle to put a team out if the boys don't obey the managers strict curfews!

A couple of years ago I was coming back from my night out at 7am just as the Inter Milan team, who were staying in our hotel, were leaving. Not sure what they made of our pre match routines!
