I'm sure it would have been interesting. However if it was due to his attitude then I'm sure he would have been shown the door earlier. I would believe that he would have had prior warnings regarding his attitude so it wouldn't have been a surprise. I never found it difficult to release employees through disciplinary action but making people redundant was the most hardest of things to deal with. Mr Ford has to deal with many issues a couple of which are financials and attitude of the players. His priority is to get together a team that will hopefully take the club forward within the restraints put upon him, and I for one don't envy his position when he has to let players go. I must admit I thought Mr Ming has had a fantastic pre-season and I wish him well.

Maybe he sat on the steps outside the clubhouse motionless for a few hours.

I am saddened that he has had to be released. He is a very good player and if he was difficult it takes all types to make a successful team.
