Totally agree with you Mr Jgfc it will come right in the end. Notice Worcester and Weston also in the Norway club (Nil Point). Could it be the W factor I wonder. Also see a certain Mr Sheringham put away 5 today against Weymouth.
I am now thinking Weston-Super-Mare, Lewes, Weymouth, Maidenhead & possibly Dorchester may be just as poor as us so we're not dead certs. for relegation as we're not the only poor side in this league.
To let in a goal from a header when ball that has travelled 40 yard from th half-way line is just incompetent. The cross for the first goal was hardly a Beckham like delivary . It was a soft out swinging ball about, and their player had a free header after taking one step to peel a way from the defener!
I don't care how much training a player has done, somebody playing at this level should not allow a player to score from a header from a flat ball in that's travelled 40 yards.

Good idea. If he wants any more pops I am happy to take them face to face later in the season.
I think he does it on most conf south forums. As for the match itself, yeh they were probably poor goals to concede from your point of view but we had enough chances to be out of sight by half-time. As it was we scored one and seemed to sit on it second half, very strange. Was certain it would finish a draw but old reliable popped up with a goal for us at the death. There is no way you'll be at the bottom end, have picked up some decent players from Wimbledon and Chelmsford. Just need to find that first win!

It is interesting reading the Bath forum they are quite complimentary on our performance today (probably because they won!) and yet I and all Wings fans that were there thought we were poor. We just need a win and some of of the walking wounded back to kick start the season.

Some said we were okay, others said they should have won the game by half time, and one said they would have lost to a decent side tody.
Let's make no mistake about it, Bath are an ordinary run of the mill mid-table side and we still looked very poor for about 60 minutes today. I'm wondering where our next point is coming from. Any teams that ejoys playing hopeful long balls into the box, which is most teams, is going to score at least 2 goals a game.

MarkX will be on here soon telling us not to worry and that everything will be OK because this giant centre half will plug all our defensive holes while knocking in a hat-trick with his ****.

I don't mean to be rude, but if the above statement is true then you all are in really serious trouble. Were you there? In the first two matches City managed to play a really aggressive passing game. They found it hard against you yesterday, I'll give you that. Welling had a few half chances, but the only goal was from a keeper error. City is playing at a noticeable higher level than last year.
Personally, after watching Welling last year, and knowing they were due for a victory, I was expecting yesterday to be a lot more difficult. I don't doubt your team will improve after a shaky start. I'm just glad we played you all before it happened.
PS What gives with the anonymous posts? It is kind of creepy.
