He wants to run them into the ground? How about spending time working on shape, organisation, disipline, a game plan and having the players go onto the pitch looking as if they know what they're supposed to be doing.

i wasnt at the game and im guessing we were awful but im sure the players had one eye on next weeks game

and remember dover lost yesterday as well

He is running them into the ground this week to teach them discipline, he is demanding more effort. He obviously believes they are technically good enough and they arent giving him 100%.
