I think it's about time that people have to register to make posts on this forum. I'm getting fed up with all these meaningless cowardly anonymous posts.
Dont think Fordy is entirely to blame for where we are, quite simply some of the players we have are not good enough or simply dont want to and are happy to pick up their wages each week. I wont name names because thats unfair but half the team could go and it wouldnt make a difference.
One of the biggest worries is the attendance levels. Charlton were away yesterday and I dont know the numbers but it looked well below normal levels. If you took off the season ticket holders then I reckon it was less than 200 who paid through the gate.
If this trend continues because we continue to play like we did yesterday then its a downward spiral

In response to dogme's and other recent posts as moderator I get as frustrated with anonymous posts which make negative comments (often with little or no justification which would at least allow some reasoned debate) as I do with performances like yesterdays. However, my stance since becoming moderator has always been that the forum is a place for people to express their opinion within the confines of the law and the forum providers terms of use. In this context making negative posts using either a registered identity or anonymously does not of itself provide grounds for banning a poster. Anonymous negative posts make up a very small percentage of those made on the forum and I would promote the view that supporters, players, management or simply casual viewers using the forum should simply give the post as much credibility as the anonymity and lack of justification warrant which in my view is none.
The issue of compulsory registration has been raised several times in the past and my views as moderator remain the same. It is futile to believe that the need to register before posting would resolve the issue of anonymous posters - they simply become welling hater, welling bankers or some such pseudonym with a mickey mouse email. Banning the IP stops the more casual unwanted poster but as was proven earlier this year in an exchange of posts between 2 regular contributors to the forum it will not stop the determined one.
If those using the forum want a situation where negative posts are deleted it might as well be run as an official forum where the Club decide what posts can and can't be published. Alternatively, as I have always said anyone is free to set up another forum which requires registration and applies its own arbitrary censorship.

Quite right. If people want to say it's time for a new manager then surely that's their right. Personally I cannot see what it would achieve, is pretty short sighted and seems to forget what Ford achieved last season. Maybe we should ban people from criticising players or the team as well, but would we really want a forum like that. If people don't like anonymous posts they can ignore them or respond to them, but banning is going too far.
You could ban somebody if they were ****-stirring and just trying to cause trouble, but with the current state of affairs if would be wrong to ban me for quite simply telling thing how they are, especiallys I always back up my thoughts with facts.
P.S. Another anon started the thread. We're not all the same.
Its simple if someone posts an attack on a player or the manager or the club and does it via anonymity then just post IGNORE in the thread. If enough do it they will get the message. If their threads consist of a gutless attack and 20 people posting a solitary IGNORE
they will go elsewhere.

Maybe the same treatment should be given to people have an opinion on players, managers, tactics etc despite the fact they haven seen the team play this season.
I don't recall slagging the team off too much last season. Only this season when we've been attrocious, starting wat pre-season when I could see Ford making massive mistakes in the transfer market, and I've been 100% correct so far.
Sinclair and Sheringham p1ssed off leaving a hole The Budget was cut and crowds have not risen Lawson out for season Greenhalgh away on a competition Injuries upto 10 players have been out On the face of it class players signed in Minton and Hasswell and they sucked and didnt give a toss
Fordy aint a magician, he also just got them on a run of 3 straight wins. If you think its all crap, dont go and just sod off. You obviously havent got the courage to be accountable for your posts.
YOU ARE SEETHING!

Don't make too many plans for Worcester, it clashes with FA Cup 1st round day.
I am sure you won't be suprised to hear I am certain we won't be in the cup this time next week, but Worcester might be! They're away AFC Telford and I think they'll get beat, but I will wait for them to be out for sure before making arrangements.
To be fair, I am aware and take into account the factors you have listed, I didn't expect us to do as well this season as last.
But quite simply even in the games we've had a strong team out for we've been ****. It is not acceptable that we're now a relegation candidate. 2 points out of 21 against team in the top 14 of the table isn't acceptable. Weston-Super-Mare being abov us is a disgrace. Being matched by East Thurrcok isn't good. Releasing Ming and Cobbs to replace them with Sambrook & Deane is laughable. The list goes on.
You have to accept he will make mistakes, he is Andy Ford not Jose Mourinho.
You have to decide if given the crap thats happened has he done enough to show he can turn it round. The fact he has come out and named players and said they will be running their legs off this week is good. He is aware things are "unnacceptable" and he is telling them if they short change him, the club and the fans they will be worked harder and punished.
What would you do? release 16 players and sign a new squad? Or beg Sheringham to come back and Sinclair?
Most people disagreed with him not signing Cobbs, but Ming? didnt he attack a ball boy last year? didnt he sulk and go missing in games? Andy made a choice but he did say that it was budget related too.
When i slated the club, i gave reasons why and also what i would do RE commercial dept. You seem to be just saying Ford is crap sack him, the players are crap and ford signed them, and we are getting relegated. There is no constructive critique its just an anon attack from you and its incessant even when they won, its yes they won BUT he was crap so was he and this was wrong too.
Fordy did say that he would be improving the commercial department at the club, and i see no evidence of that. Yes hes made mistakes (Cobbs and then taking back Baker), but he has been there and done and is far and away the best man for the job.
Lets see if him throwing the tea cups gets a better performance. The ONLY way to beat Dover is be very strong in challenges, get in their face and ATTACK them in their own patch. If we just go to play and hope for a draw we will get battered. Give them stuff to think about and go 4-3-3 from the off. Hess will have b0llocked them big style, theyve had stick on their forum so throw them off balance and go for them from the off.
But i know nothing and have no right to give any opinions.

We don't have the sort of physical players to do this (which is something we will need for our relegation battle). We have no Mr Nasty, and just don't have the ability or players to go out and attack teams that are better than us. In the only only game we have kept a clean sheet our keeper was Man of the match!
This is the sort of thing you are not aware of.
Do your self a favour JgFc and put on another £2K for us to get beat next week.
it is his thought, he was the one who messed up you team, he brought in loads of shyte players into your team and then got rid of them after a few weeks, only to bring in players that are just as bad or even worst.
Can you name one quality player the he got on contract this season.
This is a player who had an orgasm when Welling scored against VCD in pre season friendly - when you need people in the trenches, he aint the type of person you need

i agree with everything youve posted and the last point is the most important - although a few idiots are deliberately trying to wind people up- we dont want this to turn into a positive posting only forum as they are awful
