im missing ANOTHER game tomorrow - I've only seen us play about 5 times this year and that is pathetic support and the worst season i've had in my 5 years going to the Wings
how many games do people usually miss? im guessing there are a few on here who do every game home and away
You're not alone J, due to work committments and just having moved, time is against me this part of the season. For the same reasons, I can only manage to get to local away games - poor excuse I know, but lots to do for me this time of year.
I'm in a similar situation. I started a new job in August that requires working a lot of saturdays. So I've only been twice this season so far. So frustrating.
I am really going to enjoy tomorrow. I will watch the early kick off game in the Premier League. Gooners v Spurs. ( come on you spurs). Then watch The mighty Wings. (beat Lewes...e..hem). Then watch the late Prem game. Blackburn v Man U. Have a few beers. Get a take-away. Watch Match of the day. Sleep.............Kin perfect

Up until Feb 2008, I'd only missed approximately 12 home games since 1991. I emigrated to Australia last year and, apart from missing my family and doner kebabs, I miss PVR, the lads behind the goal and everything Welling United like you wouldn't believe!
How rubbish is that?
I'm over in Feb next year for a holiday and whilst the missus is planning all sorts of visits to friends and relatives, I'm plotting which games I'll be at (and where I'll be eating doner kebabs)!

And fruit machines!! during my time there, I asked one of my new Aussie mates if he was any good on the fruit machines.
"what are fruit machines?" he said!
You can imagine my panic at this point!!
I'll have to grab a sneaky look at the interweb at work today for the scores.
